He was born to queen Tuy and king Seti, was given the throne when he was 20 and ruled it for 67 years.this allowed him to be the second longest-ruling Pharaoh.He was know to be fierce because at one time he marched 20,000 soldiers to battle to defend his kingdom.The second battle of Kadesh was the fierce because it involved over 5000 chariots and over 10,000 foot soldiers under his command.he ruled for 66 years and after his 13th son took his place.he died at 96 years old in 1298b.c.e.he ruled in the 19th century born in 1303bc.
